Chiaki was frustrating why Nodame told Elise she could not play piano anymore. “This was supposed to be different from previous time she ran away to Okawa. This time was big success, yet she…”” I thought that if I just didn’t let her out of my sight it would be fine.”

Then, Masayuki came to Chiaki. Masayuki claimed that he was tricked by Viera that Nicole Kidman was waiting for him. Masayuki saw no reaction from Chiaki that he asked what’s wrong with him. Chiaki asked masayuki what did he want from him and Masayuki told Chiaki that he went to Chiaki’s concert that night and heard him conducted Beethoven. To Chiaki’s surprise, Masayuki told Chiaki that it was good.
Masayuki told Chiaki that he was glad that Chiaki was raised to be proper person and he was right that he didn’t raise Chiaki himself.
Masayuki saw Chiaki was weird and asked him what was wrong. Chiaki told him that it was not that interesting.

On Nodame side, Nodame took a plane from Cairo to Milan and catch TGV bullet train back to Paris. Unfortunately she overslept and by the time she woke up, the train had passed over to Brussel. She had to wait foe the next train to Paris the next day and didn’t have enough money for hotel.

Back to Chiaki, Masayuki heard the story of Nodame from Chiaki and mentioned that Nodame. He commented that he understand the feeling that once you played to the very best , you had the feeling that ou connot repeat that anymore, although such feeling fades and recover within time. Chiaki felt that he was this time being left behind and just now he realized that the his most important dream was to be with Nodame.

Back in Brussels, Nodame asked hotel ‘s clerk to let her stay at the locker room for free. Nodame slept on the floor fulled with cleaning equipment, smelling Chaki’s shirt. “Chiaki senpai…..”

After that Nodame managed to arrive back to her apartment in Paris. Many faxes and voice messages from telephone were left for her. Nodame fell tiredly on the bed. Then Nodame heard musical instrument noise,she found out that downstair, it was the mysterious girl on the upper floor. Yadowka (I spelled correct?). Yadowka told Nodame she dropped her instruments and she called Nodame ‘No-san” and Nodame told her “Nodame desu”
